Mini Cup Bar — up to 15 guests
Includes 16 oz cup, lid and straw for each guest, curated UV DTF decal collection, up to 2 decals per guest, styled tabletop setup, event signage, setup and breakdown, up to 90 minutes of service, and one BKKB attendant.

Signature Cup Bar — up to 25 guests
Includes expanded decal selection, multiple design categories, personalized event signage, styled setup, setup and breakdown, up to 2 hours of service, one BKKB attendant, and a host keepsake cup.

Celebration Cup Bar — up to 40 guests
Includes premium decal collection, one custom event-exclusive decal, personalized event signage, coordinated table styling, individual cup packaging, host keepsake cup, setup and breakdown, up to 2.5 hours of service, and BKKB attendant support.

Cup + Beaded Pen Create Bar — up to 20 guests
Each guest creates one custom cup and one custom beaded pen with coordinating colors and designs. Includes styled setup, event signage, setup and breakdown, and a BKKB attendant.

Booking Policy

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. Remaining balance and final guest count are due 14 days before the event. Travel and rush fees may apply.
